Located in the Weifang Binhai Marine Chemical Park, the facility enjoys proximity to major expressways and key northern ports (including Shouguang, Weifang, Yantai, Qingdao, and Tianjin), enabling efficient distribution and reduced logistics lead times.

Phase I, operational since June 2025, represents a RMB 200 million investment with an annual capacity of 220,000 tons across four product categories. Phase II will add nitric acid production and double potassium nitrate capacity, supported by an additional RMB 300 million investment.
